When I drink caffeine (every day now! I make matcha!) I get this surge of energy and I just love people and things so MUCH.
similar to when I drink alcohol, but that’s rarely and this is every afternoon.
Today I drank matcha then came speeding into our office and Christopher said “are you having a surge, Kristin?” HAHA I was, but I gave him a kiss and Achilles 100 instead of answering
changes in my mindset
going to the bathroom (pee) is a fun mystery because I get to check in on how I'm doing, how I'm drinking.
brushing my teeth is a fun chore because I got to see which foods got stuck.
Then taking a shower is fun because I see what comes off.
Hygiene is so fun
Christopher went out of town without me for the weekend and the first thing I did was run Vaseline alllll over my face. I’m SHINING.
I’m riding a marathon today, and I thought to put deodorant under my boobs. It’s genius, it worked. Does anyone else know about this?
I just submitted the final manuscript for my 4th book and it’s just VERY EXCITING. I kinda thought I’d never be done with it (good grief)
on September 29th, 2008 I sent myself an email via futureme.org (send yourself emails in the future) that says "happy 32nd birthday!" hahahahahahahahahahahahha. such a fun surprise. to me, from me. My 18 year old self was so cute
Achilles has a cast on her leg (her broken foot bad & my broken heart) that smells exactly like matcha tea. little blessings
We moved 50 minutes away from where I went to high school/had my accident/everyone knew me, but I’m still meeting people in this neighborhood who heard about my accident 17 years ago. I can’t outrun my tragedy
nor do I want to! Buy my book
The best news I have right now in the heat of this summer is the tans: t-shirt tan, watch tan, cami tan, Furoshiki tan, bra strap tan. Also, the very steep hill me and Achilles push up isn't as hard as it used to be! Unquantifiable accomplishment, but i have the TANS to show for it
Top 5 best things about marriage is I don’t have to handle cash anymore: I give it over to Christopher, he puts it in our account, and I don’t have to think about the germs ever. Marriage is so sanitary
It’s amazing that all the men I dated when I was younger and to make my Date Me book (32 in 2.5 months) + how much I go into the city, I never run into any of them. Almost never. Blessins on blessins
I turned in the FINAL MANUSCRIPT for my forth book, hired an artist for my cover design (still waiting for it to come back) and it’s like I’m a different person. what the heck am I supposed to do with my time
(but, so many very exciting things. STAY TOONED)
Sometimes Christopher sends me Instagram Reels of girls doing their hair a certain way or trying something with their makeup, like a hint? but i’m already MARRIED so 1. I wear my hair down or in a ponytail every day and 2. I still don’t wear makeup. At least I know what he likes, though? Hahahahaha
While I’m folding my laundry I’ve just started thinking about how happy and fortunate I am to have clothes (and fitted sheets) to fold. It makes the job easier!!!!
I’m in this silly routine of only shaving one leg at a time, but getting out of it means Id have to shave one leg that doesn’t need to be shaved. I won’t, I don’t have time for that. This is the pickle I’m in please help
I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and Christopher has a hernia. I SCREAM pain when I transfer, push my wheelchair, straighten out my arm, and he SCREAMS pain when he walks or extends himself at all.
I just think we’re the cutest. Obnoxious and alarming to anyone else, but we got hurt together so this makes us lovebirds
I’m FINALLY to the point in my life that I don’t have to wear the same pair of pants several times before washing them. I have enough pairs of pants now. Haleloo life is good
