Douglas finally said he loves me! then broke up with me. My heart is in one trillion pieces

I started calling Achilles “Baby John” this morning and it’s so funny I can’t stop

Now that I live alone I sing Nat King Cole - all love songs - to Achilles. Someday I’m going to love a man and he’ll have to deal with my songs. Achilles is my retainer

I queried my book to a literary agent and she’s interested in reading it (!! a bigger deal). I want to tell someone my good news but it’s late at night. Douglas is in Brazil. telling tumblr/my 2 followers is good enough

Achilles was in an uncooperative mood this year

doing dishes, vacuuming, changing sheets, drinking tea for breakfast, and starting laundry bring me SUCH extreme joy now that I’m living alone. I did all of them this morning and I can’t believe my good mood. Everyone do it!!!!
